Our history
In 1991, AutoSoft became the first software tool for dealership management in the Czech Republic. In 1993, TEAS launched its first comprehensive solution for new car dealerships in the Czech Republic and then, in 1997, TEAS became the first certified system for Mazda dealerships and importers and a Citroën certified system. In 2004, TEAS launched Caris - a unique DMS which integrates the functionality of all existing systems into one solution. In 2010, TEAS partnered up with Ford, Kia, Toyota, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Subaru, Škoda, Volkswagen, Nissan, and other car manufacturers and in 2012, TEAS reached more than 1,000 installations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was the most used system in the automotive sector. In 2019 we launched a new era of solutions, ambition and innovation in this segment. In the autumn of 2022, we first join forces with Softvig, a company that has been providing software for the automotive market in Poland for nearly 30 years, and in 2024, the second-largest DMS in Poland – JBR Rogowiec – joins us as well. Our solutions are now used by dealers of more than 50 brands of passenger, commercial, and freight vehicles and the 4 largest service networks.
